Join us for our annual Canoe Trip, on the beautiful Colorado River from the Hoover Dam to Willow Beach

Date/Time

Key Dates

• Saturday, March 1: $175 deposit due to the YMCA. Deposit covers your canoe, launch fee, and safety boat.
• Saturday, March 22: Canoe Lessons at Hansen Dame Aquatic Center, either 9:00-11:30 or 12:00-2:30. All dads attending the canoe trip for the first time must take canoe lessons. Your child is invited to attend the lesson with you so they will also be better prepared for the trip. There will be a rental fee for the canoe. Make your reservations with Josie by March 1.
• March: Swim Test. All dads and children attending the canoe trip for the firs time must take a swim test. Call Josie at the Y to schedule a swim test time.
• April 23-26 or 24-27: 'da Trip. You need to make your reservations at the Hacienda (former Gold Strike) at 800-245-6380 for either 4/23 or 4/24 (depending on when the trip starts). The rate is $49/room.

$49 for Hotel Room, plus tax
