Dear Friends and Relatives:

We are very excited that our return to Nashville, after 150 years, is just months away. By now, we hope you have made your reservations with the hotel and for your transportation to Nashville on June 29^th. Our hospitality table will be open from noon to 4:30 PM on Friday, June 29 at the Renaissance Hotel to greet you and provide details for the weekend. The cocktail party on Friday night at the hotel will be a drop-in affair from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM. We hope that everyone can plan their arrival to join us then.

Based on the numbers of people we are expecting (about 100!), each adult needs to pay $60 to cover the reunion costs. Each child (or anyone ordering the child's menu for Saturday night of chicken fingers, macaroni and cheese, green beans, dessert, and a drink) needs to pay $30. This amount covers the following:

• Your welcome bag including a T-shirt and cap for everyone in attendance

• Cocktail party on Friday evening (No host bar)

• Dinner party on Saturday evening (No host bar for cocktail hour)

• Videographer for Saturday evening event (there will be an extra $25 charge later if you want a copy of the DVD)

• Sunday morning Continental breakfast

We hope this does not keep anyone from attending.

To register for the reunion, and to guarantee a T-shirt in your size, complete the registration form (PDF) and mail it, including a check for the appropriate amount, to Daniel Weinbaum no later than March 30^th. The form is an Acrobat Form -- you can fill it out and print it.

We look forward to the gathering of so many of us from so many places, 150 years after the first members of our family went to Nashville. This should be lots of fun!
