February 2000: Cosmic Bowling

On Saturday, February 5th 2000, the tribe joined the rest of the GA-Sioux Nation in Cosmic Bowling. This was held at Matador Bowl, and they turned up the music (the girls enjoyed it; unsure about the dads), turned on the black lights, put up the bumper guards, and let 'er rip. Most of the tribe was there: Crazy Horse and Tiger Lily; Laughing Bear, Singing River, and Shooting Star; Thunder Cloud and Golden Dove; Running Rabbit and Little Bunny; Flying Elbow and Bright Star; and our newest members, Tiny Cloud and White Cloud. All the girls bowled extremely well; each got at least one strike!. Our shirts glowed under the cosmic lighting, as did the beaming faces of our girls. Between each turn, the girls danced for joy at each success of their sisters. The dads that bowled got a few strikes. All girls had a good time.
