"Sioux North" Tribe of the GA-Sioux NationNorth Valley YMCA Y-Princesses |
The October 1999 GA-Sioux nation event was El Torito Night. This was a fund-raiser for the North Valley YMCA; a percentage of the cost of each meal was donated by El Torito to the "Y", and we thank them. Participating in this event were Crazy Horse and Tiger Lily; Laughing Bear, Singing River, and Shooting Star; Golden Dove; and Running Rabbit and Little Bunny. Red Sky and Red Feather were planning to arrive late; and the rest of the tribe finished dinner before they got there.
It was a fun meeting, allowing time for the girls to play together and
socialize. We had fun talking about what we were going to be doing at future
meetings.
