"Sioux North" Tribe of the GA-Sioux NationNorth Valley YMCA Y-Princesses |

On July 28, 2001, the Siox
North tribe held an end of year part at the Mountasia Fun Park. In attendance
were Red Sky, Red Feather, and Quiet Song; Running
Rabbit and Little Bunny; Big Buck and Little Deer;
Flying Elbow and Bright Star; Laughing Bear, Singing
River, and Shooting Star; and Broken Wing and Beauty
Pony. This was a day of fun and friendship, and celebrating the past year.
We played miniature golf and rode on the go karts, played in the arcade and got
lots and lots of tickets!
At 2:45pm, we adjourned to a party room, to
(of course) Party. Flying Elbow had provided a cake that had pictures of
all tribe members. Pizza and Cake. Yummm.
After the party, we went back
to playing. We continued to visit the other attractions, as well as the arcade.
We skated, we climbed, we won more tickets. Some of us took advantage of the
afternoon lull to go write the bumper boats.
It was a great day, and we all went home tired, looking forward to the start of the next year of Y Indian Princesses. Some more pictures are below:
